Sand City

MENA premiere (Middle East and North Africa)

Bangladesh | Bengali | Color | 99 min

Two parallel stories unfold around sand: Emma, who collects sand for her cat litter, finds a severed finger in it and becomes strangely attached; Hasan, a glass factory worker, steals silica sand to make glass at home, dreaming of building his own factory. Their separate lives are connected only by sand, revealing personal obsessions and desires that slowly unravel them.
