Edith, a journalist in her 40s, became a single mother via an anonymous donor. Now raising her 5-year-old son, she begins to feel the weight of doing it alone. When she learns the donor is a nearby game developer, Niels, she meets him under the pretext of an interview. Their bond deepens, pulling her into lies that threaten the fragile life she’s built.
