That Summer in Paris
Paris, August 2024, and the Olympic Games are in full swing. Thirty-year-old Blandine arrives in Paris to watch the swimming competitions, reunite with a half-sister she has not seen in ten years and meet her young niece for the first time. Blandine has come from Normandy, where she has grown accustomed to peace and solitude. In Paris, she finds herself immersed in the hustle and bustle of a city where different rules seem to apply. As the days go by, she meets new people, gets lost, hesitates, picks up old threads, establishes new ones and, eventually, finds her way back to herself. Blandine drafts a new map for her spirit and soul as she navigates her way through the heart of a city completely dominated by this extraordinary event.
