Cairo Industry Days accreditation is reserved for professionals, including freelancers, who are actively working in the entertainment industry.

Important: To be included in the Cairo Industry Days Guide, applications must be submitted no later than October 20th, 2025.
Cairo Industry Days will take place 15–20 November 2025 at the Cairo Opera House, and Sofitel Hotel.
Cairo Industry Days Badge Fees & Benefits
Industry Badge
Early Bird (until October 15th): 1,500 EGP
Regular (from October 16th): 2,000 EGP
Benefits include:
Up to 4 tickets per day for film screenings/events
Access to panels, masterclasses, and “In Conversation” sessions
Industry Gold Badge
Early Bird (until October 15th): 2,000 EGP
Regular (from October 16th): 2,500 EGP
Benefits include:
Up to 4 tickets per day for film screenings/events
Access to panels, masterclasses, and “In Conversation” sessions
Ability to book meetings with professionals through the Cairo Pro-Meet program
Access to Cairo Film Connection pitch sessions
Important Notes
Cairo Industry Days badges do not grant access to:
CIFF opening and closing ceremonies or private events
Cairo Industry Days opening reception
Closed activities such as Cairo Film Connection (access for Industry Gold badge holders only) or workshops dedicated to selected projects and professionals
Direct entry to festival screenings (tickets must be collected from the festival box offices using your daily quota)
Accreditation Rules
Applications are valid only if submitted with all required information and documents before the deadline.
Applying for accreditation does not guarantee approval. Cairo Industry Days management reserves the right to decline applications at its sole discretion without explanation.
Applicants may be asked to provide additional information or documents to support their request.
If approved, confirmation will be sent via email by the Cairo Industry Days team.
Badges are personal, non-transferable, and must be collected in person from the accreditation desk on the specified date and time.
A confirmation email must be presented at the time of collection.
Ticketing Policy
Any unused ticket must be returned to the box office at least one hour before the scheduled screening or event.
If three tickets are pulled but not used, the badge will be suspended, and the holder will lose ticket privileges for three days.
