Bio: A graduate of the Film and TV School at the Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague. For his film PANÍ LE MURIE, he was nominated for a student Oscar. His film CESTA VEN was shown in the ACID section at the Cannes Film Festival, becoming the first Czech film to premiere at the this most prestigious film festival in 23 years.The drama NIKDY NEJSME SAMI won the audience Tagesspiegel Award at the Berlinale Festival and the prize for artistic contribution at the Cairo International Film Festival.
