About the Director
Writer and director graduated from Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University and received the prestigious "la Caixa" scholarship to get a Master of Arts at the London Film School. His short films were selected for Venice, San Sebastian and Montreal. Mikel's work as a playwright has opened in theaters in London and Madrid. SURO is his feature debut.
