Synopsis
Italy, 1989. After years of training, 13-year-old Felice, burdened by his father's expectations, sets out to compete in national tennis tournaments. Dreaming of a simple summer, he’s placed under the wing of ex-champion Raul, an unconventional coach. As they travel the Italian coast, match after match, a deep bond grows, leading Felice to freedom and Raul to a fresh start.

About the Director
An Italian director and screenwriter, Andrea Di Stefano began his career in cinema as an actor. He debuted as a director in 2014 with Escobar –Paradise Lost, followed in 2019 by The Informer. In 2023, his first Italian film, The Last Night of Amore, was presented in the Special Gala section of the Berlinale.
