Synopsis

 Who is this Polish composer transcending the power of music? Who is this star who turns every Parisian head? They call him Chopin. He is the talk of the town—the most romantic figure of decadent Parisian nights. When his lungs begin to bleed, Chopin knows his days are numbered. Composing becomes his only obsession, the ticking clock driving him to revolutionize music.

About the Director

 Michał Kwieciński is one of the most acclaimed and experienced producers and directors in Poland. A graduate of the Theatre Academy in Warsaw and founder of Akson Studio, he has produced numerous television series and films, including Andrzej Wajda’s Oscar-nominated Katyń and Jan Komasa’s acclaimed Warsaw ’44 (Miasto 44).
