قام الفنان حسين فهمى رئيس مهرجان القاهرة السينمائى الدولى والسيد عبدالفتاح الجبالي رئيس مدينة الإنتاج الإعلامى بتوقيع بروتوكول تعاون مشترك يتضمن تنظيم وإقامة ندوة ضمن فعاليات أيام القاهرة لصناعة السينما، حول التصوير الأجنبى فى مصر والدور الذى تلعبه لجنة مصر للأفلام لتقديم عدد من التسهيلات لجذب شركات الإنتاج العالمية، وتسليط الضوء على تنوع مواقع التصوير المصرية الأثرية والسياحية، وأن تستضيف مدينة الإنتاج ضيوف المهرجان الأجانب للتعرف على ما تملكه من مقومات، وقيام لجنة مصر للافلام بعمل فيديو تعريفى عن أهم الخدمات المقدمة للأجانب وأهم مواقع التصوير ليتم عرضه بالمهرجان، وذلك ضمن فعاليات الدورة ال٤٥ التى تقام فى الفترة من ١٣ وحتى ٢٢ نوفمبر المقبل.
CIFF president, Hussein Fahmy, and Media Production City Chairman, Abdel Fattah El Gebaly, signed a cooperation protocol that includes holding a symposium on foreign filming in Egypt and the role of Egypt Film Commission (EFC) in offering facilities to attract international production companies within the proceedings of Cairo Film Industry Days. The protocol also involves shedding light on the diversified Egyptian archaeological and touristic filming locations and inviting foreign guests to get to know the key pillars of the Production City.
Additionally, Egypt Film Commission (EFC) is to create an introductory video on the main services offered to foreigners and major filming locations to be presented at the festival, as part of the 45th edition, scheduled to take place between (13-22) November.
