Cinephile Ticket Bundles:
- For cinephiles, there is the option of choosing one of CIFF’s bundle passes
- Bundles allow you to reserve tickets for film screenings, panels, masterclasses and In Conversations.
- Only Cinephile Plus bundles allow access to galas.
- You may book tickets on the same day or a day ahead at any box office.
- You are allowed 1 ticket only for each film/masterclass/panel.
- Cinephile passes can be purchased from the accreditation hub.

Important Notice for Badge Holders: If three film or event tickets are pulled and not used, your badge will be suspended for 3 days.
In the event that a ticket is pulled and will not be used, you must return it to the box office at least one hour before the screening of the film or event.
Standby queues for sold-out screenings:
You may still have the opportunity to purchase tickets for sold-out screenings via the Standby queuing system available at each venue. Standby queues start 15 minutes prior to the screening starting time.
Please note that the Standby queue offers no guarantee for obtaining a ticket, however it allows you a chance to purchase tickets that might be released at the last minute.
