He has collaborated with international organisations in Africa, Europe and the United States of America, including the Permanent Mission of la Francophonie to the UN in New York, Art Moves Africa (AMA) and Africalia.
He co-authored & authored several studies, including the “Note on the Critical Analysis of Developments in the ACP Group’s Cultural Strategies,” and has led AMA’s study on cultural mobility and touring in West Africa.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Anglophone Studies, a master’s degree in Arts Management, and a European Diploma in Arts Projects Management from the Marcel Hicter Foundation.

Lamia Belkaied Guiga is a figure in the fields of audiovisual media and cinema. She currently serves as the Director of the Higher School of Audiovisual and Cinema (ESAC) in Gammarth and as the Artistic Director of the Carthage Film Festival (JCC) for 2023-2024, where she has held various roles.
She was also the President of the Tunisian Association of University Cinematic and Audiovisual Creation (ATCCAU) and worked as a consultant for UNESCO, contributing to a significant report on the African film industry. Throughout her career, Lamia has engaged in various roles, including press assistant for cinema companies and cultural festivals. She has published numerous articles on Tunisian cinema, gender in film, and media practices in Africa, and has been actively involved in organizing international conferences and seminars on these topics. A passionate advocate for cultural engagement, she is also active in film clubs and cultural events.

Morad Mostafa an Egyptian Filmmaker, born in Cairo in 1988. He worked in several independent films; and collaborated as an Executive Director in “Souad” feature film, which was in the official selection in Cannes Film Festival 2020.
Morad is an alumnus of the “Cannes Cinéfondation” – “Berlinale Talents” and “Locarno Academy”. He wrote and directed four short films shown at the prestigious festivals such as (Festival de Cannes, Locarno, Clermont-Ferrand, BFI London, Karlovy Vary) and received many awards, besides that, his latest film was nominated for César Awards. Morad is currently working on his debut feature film “Aisha can’t fly away anymore” which has been selected at the prestigious Final Cut Venice-Labienne in its 81st edition.
